After twenty years  leading complex, global supply chains across EMEA, North America and APAC, I've seen every transformation, every fire drill, and every "what just happened?" moment . 


Having spent two decades in supply chain leadership, I've learnt that success isn't creating by systems alone, and it doesn't happen on a PowerPoint slide. It happens through people. 


My approach isn't about traditional , hands off consulting. When I step into an organisation as an interim, fractional or project leader, my first priority is to bring clarity to the chaos and to inspire people on the ground.  I want to equip teams with the confidence and the real-world tools they need to thrive. 


It's not about imposing rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks. True operational success comes from rolling up your sleeves to understand the pain points and the data, whilst keeping a human-first focus. 


For me, it's about bringing the team along for the journey, inspiring them, and making sure everyone is aligned to sustain the results.
